A Pre-Apprenticeship is a set of strategies that is designed to prepare individuals to enter and succeed in a Registered Apprenticeship Program. A Pre-Apprenticeship program can allow you/your child to prepare for a pathway that is best for you/your child.
An Apprenticeship is an industry-driven, high-quality career pathway where employers can develop and prepare their future workforce, and individuals can obtain paid work experience, classroom instruction, and a portable, nationally-recognized credential as a Registered Apprentice.
As an apprentice, you/your child are given a formal plan for both education and work experience. There are set goals, guidelines, and benchmarks for both you/your child and the employer to track progress. On top of a formal pathway, you/your child leaves with a nationally recognized credential and earn while they learn!
There are many options and pathways for you/your child to choose.
