Our Pre-Apprenticeship program is a guided partnership with the team and the employer to prepare someone to succeed in a registered apprenticeship.
Great for someone looking to explore a craft before committing to a specific craft, new Americans, and the recovery & recently incarcerated community.
Construction Immersion Program
Our Construction Immersion program is a guided partnership with our team and a school to prepare high school students or recent graduates to explore crafts and leave with a nationally recognized credential upon completion.
Participants will explore multiple crafts, gain certifications, and upon successful completion, will have a guaranteed interview in a job fair with post-secondary schools, employers, and unions.
